he Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), produces the UK radioactive waste and radioactive materials inventory (“the UK Inventory”) every three years. The UK Inventory provides the most comprehensive public source of information on radioactive waste and radioactive materials present in the UK or expected to arise in the future. The UK Inventory is published on the UK Inventory website (www.nda.gov.uk/ukinventory). The last UK Inventory was based on a stock date of 01/04/2019 (“The 2019 UK Inventory”) and the next update shall have a stock date of 01/04/2022 (“The 2022 UK Inventory”).
The NDA and BEIS wish to appoint a Contractor for the delivery of the 2022 UK Inventory. The Contractor will work with data providers to compile the 2022 UK Inventory data set and reporting outputs, and provide associated support activities to data providers, BEIS and the NDA during the course of the contract.

The UK Inventory is published on the UK Inventory website (www.nda.gov.uk/ukinventory). The last UK Inventory was based on a stock date of 01/04/2019 (“The 2019 UK Inventory”) and the next update shall have a stock date of 01/04/2022 (“The 2022 UK Inventory”). The NDA and BEIS wish to appoint a Contractor for the delivery of the 2022 UK Inventory. The Contractor will work with data providers to compile the 2022 UK Inventory data set and reporting outputs, and provide associated support activities to data providers, BEIS, NDA during the course of the contract. The scope also includes the annual collection of data on spent fuels and nuclear materials to support NDA international reporting requirements. The contactor will also be expected to input all waste and materials data collected to the IAEA’s online Spent Fuel and Radioactive Waste Information System (SRIS).
The work incorporates working with Radioactive Waste and Materials producers/holders to collect this data.

This supplier event will be carried out via a Microsoft teams conference. The NDA would like a maximum of 2 staff per supplier. The presentation & Q&A from this event will also be uploaded to the ITT
