PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSPARENCY NOTICE UNDER THE PROVIDER SELECTION REGIME

Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) combined with Brighton 7 Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to appoint a Lead Provider to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing Services at designated "Hubs" around The City.

The Service will be led by a Lead Provider responsible for the co-ordination and the delivery of the Community Roots service and its associated outcomes. Services may be provided by a number of organisations/sub-contractors.

The service will deliver a broad range of non- clinical prevention, wellbeing and recovery support and will offer people choice over the type of support accessed.

During the lifetime of the contract, a number of lower value service elements have been added to the total contract value: Staying Well, Screen and Intervene and Mental Health Support Coordinators.

This notice is for transparency under the Provider Selection Regime, as the final portion of the allowed-for extension (originally in the PCR 2015 notice) has triggered a requirement to publish a notice due to the new contract value.

During the lifetime of the contract, a number of lower value service elements have been added to the total contract value: Staying Well, Screen and Intervene and Mental Health Support Coordinators with a total contract value of £1,066,036
