The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement In the case of framework agreements, provide justification for any duration exceeding 4 years:
A 6 year framework agreement is permitted pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as the service is subject to the Light Touch Regime, therefore the length of the framework can be as determined with relevance to the type of service by the contracting authority and is not limited to 4 years. ECC will opening the framework will open the framework for new bidders annually
