The framework is split into 6 geographical areas, Lots 1, 2 and 3 are broken down to 10 Trade lot delivery and Lots 4, 5 and 6 are Multi-trade single lot delivery.
The works will consist of All-Trades reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within The Association stock as may be required from time to time during the Framework Period by the Framework Administrator or his representatives All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, etc.
To carry out void repairs to properties at various sites and locations within The Association stock. The works are as may be required from time to time during the Framework Period by the Framework Administrator or his representatives. All-Trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler and house clearance/cleaning, etc
Generally, within the six geographical lots of the framework (Scotland wide) but may include any other geographical areas in future after new build developments.
