two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust deliver two Apprenticeship Standards.

Level 3 Emergency Ambulance Care Support Worker (ASW); and;

Level 4 Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP).

End Point Assessments will be required at our current training centres located in Chelmsford, Newmarket, Norwich and Welwyn Garden City. These locations may be subject to change during the life of the contract.

Due to the administration, resource and costs associated with planning and organising End Point Assessments, the Authority require one supplier to provide both levels of apprenticeship EPA for all apprentices who reach Gateway.

The Supplier must be on the Register of End Point Assessment Organisations (RoEPAOs) to deliver both apprenticeship levels specified.

The duration of this contract will be two (2) years with the Authority having the option to extend by up to a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months.

The anticipated contract start date is 1st April 2021.
