Leeds Jewish Housing Association (LJHA ) are a Registered Social Landlord covering the LS17 area of Leeds, West Yorkshire. As a Jewish led, minority ethnic housing provider we offer affordable housing and support to the primarily local Jewish community. LJHA owns/manages over 500 properties which consists of general needs and supported housing accommodation.
To comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (the HSW Act) and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) LJHA has a responsibility to tenants, staff, contractors and the general public. To meet these requirements the association is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations for undertaking the cleaning of communal facilities across various sites. This includes the supply of cleaning materials, appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), provision of consumables such as toilet rolls, paper hand towels, bin bags, liquid soap etc.
The contract is to be awarded for 3 years’ subject to performance reviews, with an optional one year extension
