The Merseylink service provides a membership-based door to door service for people with physical, sensory or cognitive impairments, or who are unable to access or use mainstream public transport without insurmountable difficulties.

Membership of the scheme and bookings are managed day to day within the Merseytravel customer contact centre with operators providing resource-based contract provision for specified vehicles and drivers operating 365 days per year.
