Home Group is seeking to appoint Providers to deliver its Communal Cleaning Services in Scotland, North West and Yorkshire areas for its General Needs, Supported Services and some Leasehold Customers.

Where tenancy agreements and leases allow, the cost of doing this work is recovered from the residents in the form of service charges.

This contract will cover:

Scotland - Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh

Contract commencement dates:

Scotland: 1st October 2022

On many of our estates Home Group is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a wide variety of communal living areas, through external contract arrangements.

Home Group will require a DBS check for each employee working on this contract.

It is expected TUPE will apply to this contract.
