Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is setting up an Employer’s Agent Framework which will comprise of seven Framework Consultants.
Paradigm is a developing housing association building approximately 2000 new residential properties over the next five years. Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation. Paradigm appoints an Employer’s Agent for every new development project, and occasionally to provide general advice. The Employer’s Agent is a key consultant throughout the lifetime of each project providing pre-contract advice; compiling and administering build contracts, including the valuation and certification of works, monitoring programme and quality and ensuring that Paradigm receives compliant homes ready to be occupied; and managing defects post completion.
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is up to £4,500,000.
The Framework will be in place for 4 years from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2028. However, it should be noted that calls-offs under the Framework may be longer in duration.
