The Trust requires one Total Facilities Management Services Contractor to fulfil all tits TFM requirements and manage these services to the agreed outputs as detailed within the specification. The Trust requires a partner that they can work with that will not only drive economical efficiencies but also provide a service that is instrumental in providing the students with an effective learning space. The Schools that are currently not part of the Contract will be brought on board during the Contract.

The Schools participating are:

- City of London Academy Highgate Hill

- Newham Collegiate Sixth Form Centre City of London Academy

- City of London Primary Academy Islington

- City of London Academy Shoreditch Park (a secondary school)

- City of London Academy, Southwark (a secondary school)

- Redriff Primary School

- Galleywall Primary, City of London Academy

- City of London Academy Islington
