SCDC wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a service to advise on the acquisition and management of commercial property investments that meet the Councils adopted strategies (supporting economic growth and regeneration) and as part of the Councils medium term financial strategies to build its portfolios of assets that will provide a sustainable long term revenue stream to support the continued delivery of the Councils services to their residents.

SCDC wish to appoint a contractor who will be able to source and introduce them to new investment opportunities; and to provide them with advice on any opportunities that might be introduced to SCDC from another third party; and support them in determining which acquisitions would be appropriate for their portfolios and to proceed with such acquisitions. SCDC will require the contractor to give them assurance that acquisitions are in conformity with the Councils’ Investment Strategy.
