The provision of Supported living services in Bromley to meet the specific needs of adults with learning and physical disabilities. The services are currently provided in either a group living setting with on-site support or self contained flats with on-site support. All the adults have their own tenancy agreements with Registered Social Landlords within 16 existing properties.
The Council currently has 5 contracts with 5 providers. The contracts over 16 properties situated in the London Borough of Bromley and provides accommodation for up to 89 tenants each with their own bespoke care and support packages.
The Council intends to award a maximum of 1 lot to a tenderer, unless the conditions set out in the Invitation and Instructions document apply.

six.3) Additional information
Evaluation of the tender will be based on the CIPFA standing guide and in full compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, the Council's Contract Procedure Rules and the stated criteria.
Evaluation of the criteria for quality issues, etc. will also include the operation of minimum score thresholds. If a proposal received a score below the required threshold then the bid may not be considered further. The minimum acceptable score is a requirement to obtain at least half of the available points in any particular area. An indicative use of this model can be downloaded from the Council's website.
Prospective contractors are advised that the documents issued at this time in conjunction with the Find a Tender Notice may be supplemented and/or amended as provided for in Regulation 53(6) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
