The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to conduct an initial pre-procurement market test for Garage Commercial Contract Management pertaining to developments undertaken by The London Borough of Ealing (LBE).

We are seeking feedback from the market on their interest and capacity in delivering the following services as well as input into the design of the contract and procurement process:

•Providing the management, repairs, and refurbishment service of the HRA garages stock.

•Responsibility for the advertising, sign ups and voids of garages to ensure they are let to maximum capacity.
