Tollbar MAT are tendering their 7 academes and 1 sixth form college. The Trust has enjoyed a high standard of catering and are tendering as the current contract is coming to an end in December 2021. The Trust are looking for a high standard of catering that maximises uptake and delivers a commercially robust financial model. A focus on local suppliers, strong environmental policies, innovate dishes and an inclusive offer for every student is essential for any bidder to progress to the tender stage.
