Scope
Description
The British Council would like to request proposals from Government Institutes, Hotels, Marquees and clubs etc to provide venues along with management services for paper based and computer-delivered exams in Pakistan. The selected venues must meet our technical and operational standards to ensure secure, consistent, and high-quality exam delivery.

Description of possible extension:
Based on a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of vendor performance, which includes a detailed assessment of service delivery, quality standards, compliance obligations, and the extent to which all agreed Key Performance Indicators have been consistently met or exceeded. This evaluation is conducted in close alignment with defined business requirements and expectations and incorporates feedback from relevant business stakeholders to ensure overall effectiveness, reliability, and value delivery.
