1. Homes England intends to procure a new:
i. Economic Crime Due Diligence (ECDD) Platform for the purpose of integrating workflows, holding customer information and screening results and ensure application of Single View of Customer (SVoC) and parental grouping approach, etc.
ii. Economic Crime screening solution for the purpose of conducting Anti-Money Laundering, Countering Terrorist Financing and Financial Sanction, and fraud due diligence on both new and existing customers;
iii. Fraud investigation solution for the purpose of conducting intelligence development checks, fraud investigations and/or reporting internally and externally on new and existing customers; and
iv. Workflow solution which provides a ‘front-door’ to Homes England allowing the processing of scheme application(s), CDD information, screening and/or fraud investigation outcomes to go through the appropriate process, end-to-end, allowing defined responses and segregation of duties including approvals, and performance Management Information.
