Modernising our Student Information System (SIS) will play a critical role in enabling digital and operational transformation within the University. The vision for the project is to deliver a modern SIS for a Better University, which reduces institutional risk and enables future transformation. This project will aim to safeguard the University’s position through the delivery of a secure SIS, and is required to enable key strategic goals, including introducing greater flexibility in course delivery, optimising processes that impact student retention and academic assessment, and ensuring a personalised student experience.

This project will therefore deliver a modern SIS that will:

 Provide an accurate and secure system of record

 Support the lifecycle of operational activities associated with the student journey

 Provide a means for intelligent reporting

 Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

 Provide the platform for further enhancement of user (student and staff) experiences
