A vehicle recovery operator is required to recover, store and at the Authority’s sole discretion, dispose of, illegally, dangerously or obstructively parked, broken down, collision damaged, abandoned and stolen motor vehicles, together with vehicles seized by police under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 or Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Section 152 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, usually at no cost to Warwickshire Police. This contract will be broken into 3 Lots based on geographical location.
Value is an estimate which does not reflect true income to garages as variable demand and based on statutory guidance.
