The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (“the Housing Executive”) requires the services of Contractors for a two member Commercial Contract Claims Solicitors Panel. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish a two member Solicitors Panel covering the whole of Northern Ireland to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive for external solicitors in connection with construction, works and services related commercial contracts (“the Services” as defined in the Specification of Requirements). The Housing Executive seeks tenders from Contractors who wish to tender for one of the two positions available on the Panel. Please note this requirement is for services covered by SCHEDULE 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - Social and Other Specific Services; Legal services, to the extent not excluded by regulation 10(1)(d). Therefore the contracts for the service will be awarded in accordance with Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement procedure being used is the Open procedure with the exception of the normal time limits associated with that procedure. The deadline for the submission of tenders has been provided in this notice and the tender documentation.
