1.2 The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is looking to procure a Facilities Management Service Provider to maintain the Paterson Building, Manchester. The ten storey 200,000 sq. ft research and office facility will be home to approximately 780 staff from the Trust, University of Manchester and Cancer Research UK.

• Contract management and administration
• Helpdesk, CAFM, and data management solution
• Building Management services
o Reception Duties
o General portering

• Hard FM services comprising of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance covering:
o Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets and installations;
o Building fabric maintenance assets

• Soft FM services comprising of:
o Cleaning Service (including a day cleaning service and window cleaning)
o Pest Control Service
