The Framework for each Lot is being established to allow Apex, Newington Housing Association and other housing associations to enter into a Contract for the provision of response maintenance services embracing building, plumbing and electrical works and including more extensive works, e.g. where a change of tenancy occurs and/or minor disabled adaptations are required.
It may include work relating to oil heating and gas heating installations, the installation of gas heating in existing dwellings and in group housing schemes although Apex reserves the right to procure the aforementioned separately.
The Framework also includes the repair of commercial white goods such as laundry and kitchen equipment in communal facilities.
The Services covered by this procurement have been subdivided into two Lots, as set out in the table below.
