two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Independent Connection Provider (ICP) and Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) must provide, own and operate a new electrical network to provide power to the York Central Development.

Scope of works (this is not an exhaustive list)

- Identifying the required demand of electrical network

- Design of the networks to facilitate future YC development

- Sizing of duct banks (no. of ducts) and chamber requirements to accommodate future on-plot electrical network requirements

- Production of a network design and delivery which is suitable for adoption by DNO/iDNO

- Offsite works to provide YC with sufficient electrical power to facilitate full build-out of the YC development

- On site primary infrastructure works, as necessary

- Onsite 11kV network and HV/LV substations

- LV feeds to YC customers.
