Park High School (PHS) is an aspirational comprehensive school in Stanmore providing education to pupils aged 11 to 18. The school encompasses circa 1550 pupils of which 200 are in the 6th form.
Park High is an extremely popular school and has a national reputation for academic excellence, exceptional pastoral care and for providing a positive environment in which young people thrive.
Parents know that if their children come here, they will be joining a strong, caring, respectful community with an emphasis on high achievement for all, alongside dedicated support, and encouragement at all times. Our outcomes at both A level and GCSE remain consistently strong. Students pursue a wide range of post 16 and post 18 opportunities always with what is right for the individual the gold standard of our offer to every student.
Park High School also has a distinctive ethos and it is about investing in young people. We combine the best traditional values with a leading role in important and exciting new developments in education. In particular, we value: - A working atmosphere. Pupils come to school to learn and it is our job to help them.

Going forward - This procurement
This procurement encompasses the full outsource to a single supplier of;
• An IT Managed service, including the requirement to both supply equipment and implement projects
Further details regarding timescales are noted below but in summary this is advertised as a maximum 5 year service with start and end dates as follows:
• Service start date - 1st August 2022
• Service end date - 31st July 2027
The companies identified from these shortlisting questions to receive the ITT will then receive a detailed set of requirements. For the purposes of this shortlisting stage bidders should assume that the ITT will include all equipment and service regarding ICT, including but not be limited to;
• strategic advice and direction to the School regarding ICT
• a core 50 week service
• service desk
• local staffing that bidders deem necessary to deliver the SLA
• responsibility for design, specification, installation and management of all ICT infrastructure
• supply of goods and services based on an agreed Best Value (BV) approach
• management of all ICT against an agreed SLA
• management of 3rd parties
• relevant monitoring, management, patching and reporting
• training - technical and curriculum as necessary
• expectation that the provider will drive innovation
• risk registers and inventory management
• collective partnership targets regarding support for e.g. support for ICT in the community
