Engagement process description
The City Council will be holding an in-person market engagement session with interested providers on Tuesday 17th February 2026 at the Wolverhampton Civic Centre, to discuss this opportunity. The Council will be seeking feedback from providers on potential participation barriers, scope of works, standard form of contract, duration, pricing mechanisms, supply chain opportunities and challenges, and innovations and added value.
