The Authority seeks to award a 3 year contract with option to extend by up to 12 months to suitably qualified providers in line with the declared specification of requirements. The Service provider is required to provide two dedicated staff to perform the service across the various Authority sites, and to offer services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays so that matters can be escalated to the Authority in accordance with the RAG rating and escalation policy.
