Norfolk County Council is re-procuring its Norfolk Assistance Scheme framework agreement and will seek suppliers of furniture, white goods and other household items, with a particular focus on second-hand and refurbished household goods, that can supply goods for people helped under its Norfolk Assistance Scheme (NAS).

The NAS is aimed at assisting vulnerable people to set up home following family breakdown, resettlement into the community, homelessness, domestic violence and unforeseen crises. The council is keen to maximise its funding and reducing landfill by providing reused items wherever possible.
