three.1) Conditions for participation

three.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

Relevant selection criteria are included in the SPD module. Of particular note are questions 4A2A and 4A2b.

The tenderer must hold one of the licenses specified in 4A2b to be awarded a place on the framework.

The Bidder must be any of the following:

1. The holder of a current Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Operator's Licence or

2. A Taxi or Private Hire Care (PHC) operator licensed under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.

Please state and evidence the licence(s) held.

All licences must be available for inspection from an authorised officer of the Council on request.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
