two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The contract is for the delivery of a Recruitment Application Tracking System for the management of job applications, application evaluations, interview booking, feedback and reporting.PA Housing is looking to procure a forward thinking and socially aware Cloud based Supplier that has the ability to deliver an excellent solution delivering a blended approach to recruitment processes.Tenderers are advised that during 2019/20 PA Housing advertised 169 vacancies which attracted over 2,600 applications and scheduled over 550 interviews. On average we had 15 applications per role (this figure is a bit skewed by internal vacancies that had no applications). We had over 160 new starters. This does not include those that were employed via an agency.The services required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:• Deliver a cloud-based platform.• Post adverts to sites such as Facebook, Linked-in, Twitter, Instagram and In-deed.• Deliver a streamlined, efficient and counter intuitive experience for PA staff and applicants.• Manage the application process• Manage the interview process• Manage job offer process• Host a talent & acquisition suite• Be forward thinking in utilising technology to deliver greater efficiencies in response rates, cost and deliver a blended approach to the recruitment process.

Description of renewals

The contract commencement on 1 October 2021, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of three years with the option to extend by one year plus one further year at A Housing’s discretion. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore five years.
