The proposed contract is for Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes, Cleaning and Planned Maintenance Works and Services to properties owned / managed by The Finchley Charities. The proposed contract is for Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes, Cleaning and Planned Maintenance Works and Services to properties owned / managed by The Finchley Charities.

The works required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to:

- Out of hours and emergency responsive repairs,

- Provision of repairs reporting.

- Responsive repairs to rented dwellings including repairs to electrical installations,

- Repairs and refurbishment of vacant dwellings,

- Disabled aids and adaptations, if required

- Planned Maintenance works

- Internal Cleaning

- Window Cleaning

- Handyman Services (Repairs and Maintenance Officer)

This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest to participate in the procurement process. The Finchley Charities is issuing this Prior Information Notice to notify organisations of a forthcoming soft market testing exercise, which will take place in the form of a “Meet the Buyer” event. This event will provide further details of the proposed contract and seek relevant feedback from attendees.

Organisations that would like to attend the “Meet the Buyer” event are invited to email The Finchley Charities’ Procurement Consultant, Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP, via procurement@effefftee.co.uk or through an expression of interest on this notice

All organisations are to note that the “Meet the Buyer” event will be undertaken via MS Teams.

The closing date for responses is Friday 26 March 2021. Details of the “Meet the Buyer” events are as follows:

Date: Wednesday 31 March 2021

Time: 10.00 – 12.00pm

All organisations that respond to this Notice will be invited.

Following the soft market testing exercise, it is anticipated that a formal Contract Notice will be issued in April to May 2021.
