‘Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is tendering on behalf of 20 schools, 1 youth centre and 1 children’s centre within the County Borough. The Framework is to provide general cleaning services to the properties listed in the procurement documents with additional prices for ad-hoc services such as high level cleaning. The successful provider will be required to enter into individual call-off contracts with each establishment with contract management support being provided by the Council over the term of the Contract(s).’
