Mansfield District Council wishes to appoint a leisure operator to manage its
leisure facilities and services from 1 May 2022 for a minimum of 10 years.
Strategically, the council recognises the need to invest in health and leisure
infrastructure to meet the objectives of decreasing levels of inactivity and
improving the health and wellbeing outcomes of residents. From a financial
perspective, the council also recognises that future investment will help to
provide a long-term sustainable solution for its leisure services.
