North Star is looking to procure a developer to fulfil the requirements of the proposed Tanfield Road Development.The development involves the demolition of the existing site which is currently a garden centre and the construction of 17 bungalows, 2 of which are to be adapted for wheelchair access. The project is due to commence in June / July 2021 and last for approx. 12 months. For clarity this is just an estimate as this is dependant on the completion of the purchase and is subject to a Homes England Grant ApplicationIt is estimated that the project value is likely to be around £1.8million
