Arbour Housing is seeking to select three architect-led, multi-disciplinary design teams to lead the development of new social and affordable housing schemes which will fully integrate with and enhance local communities. The services must be led by an Architect who will be the single point of contact between the Framework Member and the Contracting Authority. The Architect leading the Services shall be the lead consultant and shall be solely responsible for management of and delivery by all key sub-consultants.
