two.1.4) Short description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the “Council”) wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Employee Counselling Services as they are committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees.
Tenderers will provide face-to-face and / or telephone (including Teams) counselling services for NCC direct employees and external clients of the Nottinghamshire County Council’s Occupational Health Service, which would include schools and academies. Additionally, Tenderers are also required to provide a 24-hour confidential Telephone Counselling, Information and Advice Services for employees.
The service provider must supply appropriate and suitable local accommodation for the delivery of this service which will normally be within the boundaries of the county of Nottinghamshire.
Referrals will be made either by an employee’s line manager or by an employee ‘self-referring’
All staff providing counselling services as part of this contract must hold relevant qualifications and recognised BACP accredited qualification.
