Avon Fire & Rescue Service (AF&RS) is an Emergency Service that covers Bath and Northeast Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. Our Headquarters is currently situated in the Police & Fire Headquarters, Portishead. AF&RS have a total of 21 Fire Stations of which 7 are Wholetime stations, 3 are Wholetime and On-Call; and the remaining 11 are On-Call stations.In addition, AF&RS have a separate Fire Control, Training Centre and Technical Services Centre. Throughout the Service area, other administrative offices are located at Avonmouth, Bath, Yate and Weston-super-Mare.AF&RS are looking to procure a provision for packed lunches and/or buffet lunches that delivers to all AF&RS’ sites and some external training sites (mostly within the Avon area) on both weekdays and weekends.AFRS are looking to conduct an OPEN Procedure for this contract and want to gain interest from the market to ensure that there is a good amount of competition.

On occasion dietary requirements and a change to required quantities can occur at short notice, such as the morning of the delivery day.The Supplier should be flexible in their approach to accepting orders and be able to on occasion, accept orders within 24 hours’ notice.
