The project is the redevelopment of the old Sunbury Fire Station site into a new five-storey mixed-use development. The new Community Hub will contain provision for Surrey County Council (SCC) community services at the lower levels with a main entrance to the east of the building accessing the lower three stories. The two upper floors will contain 12 Nr (6 Nr per floor) Supported Independent Living Flats accessed via a dedicated entrance and lobby to the west side of the building. The following services over the lower three floors are:

-Ground Floor: Library Service, Surrey Choices and Café,

-First Floor: Adult Education,

-Second Floor: Commercial office space.
