List and brief description of rules and criteria
The PCC for Nottinghamshire is looking for a suitably qualified social research company to undertake their Police and Crime Survey.
All staff carrying out the fieldwork on behalf of the PCC must work in line with the PCC's PROUD values.
Research must be conducted in line within a social research ethical code of conduct such as the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct or similar and ensure compliance with Coronavirus Regulations and recommended guidance in the process of undertaking fieldwork and managing survey materials.
three.2) Conditions related to the contract
three.2.2) Contract performance conditions
There is a requirement achieve a minimum 4,260 completed surveys each year, providing a margin of error of +/-3% at the 95% confidence level across Nottinghamshire on an annual basis.
Each quarterly sample frame should aim to be broadly consistent with that of the previous quarter in terms of age, gender and deprivation level at Community Safety Partnership level.
Following the completion of fieldwork, the Supplier is required to provide data output tables and summary information to the OPCC no later than the following dates in each year:-
22 June, 22 September, 22 December, 22 March
The supplier will produce a quarterly analytical document highlighting headline findings and an end of year annual report.
