Suffolk County Council are working collaboratively with all of Suffolk’s public sector organisations to implement the Suffolk Climate Emergency Plan and therefore they may use this framework. The Plan responds to our shared aspiration to work towards a carbon neutral Suffolk by 2030.As part of this we wish to offer a Low Carbon Community and Business Support Service to help residents, community groups, businesses and Parish Councils reduce their carbon footprint and achieve low carbon outcomes for themselves, their residents and customers. Some services may be provided to schools and internal public sector staff. This is a single provider framework and therefore work will be directly awarded. The deadline for submissions is 11th March 2022 at 12noon.
