Liverpool City Council (the Council) previously issued a tender for hard facilities management and building maintenance services, however limited responses were received. We have therefore revised our specification and reviewed the information provided. Therefore, the revised specification documentation, terms and conditions and this questionnaire are being issued to understand potential market interest and any potential issues prior to re-issuing the tender.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council is seeking to engage with potential suppliers of a professional Hard FM Services solution that delivers high quality services that achieve value for money, statutory compliance and contributes positively to protecting the brand integrity of the Council. The Council is considering a collaborative, partnership approach to delivering these services.

There are in the region of 250 sites to potentially be included in a contract, of which around 110 are operational buildings (offices, libraries, sports centres, heritage venues etc.). Other sites include parks buildings, retail space and allotments etc.

This Expression of Interest is not a formal offer capable of acceptance and only seeks to understand market capability, capacity and interest.
