two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Mater Ecclesiae is a Catholic Multi-Academy Trust that runs both primary and secondary schools in the Preston area. The Trust has a Central Team located in Preston that supports its schools in educational and operational services.

Mater Ecclesiae currently operates 10 Academies and have a growth plan to increase to 23 academies by 2026.

Currently the Trust employs in excess of 500 staff, once at full capacity this will increase to 1200 staff.

The Trust is seeking a single provider to provide a fully integrated HR and Payroll system to allow greater visibility, flexibility and control of data and to simplify the current state by reducing complexity and driving efficiencies.
