Sovereign Housing Association ("the Authority") is seeking to establish 16 multi-supplier framework agreements ("Contractor Frameworks") for the provision of construction based works/projects to deliver new build houses in accordance with the Authority’s requirements. The Contractor Frameworks will cover the same range of works across the 16 Contractor Frameworks but will be categorised based on (i) geographical area; and (ii) the anticipated number of units to be delivered in accordance with the Authority’s requirements. Further to the above, the Authority’s requirement could range from 5 to 500 units to be delivered on and may include (but not limited to) small garage infill sites, rural exception sites, medium sized one-off schemes, and large, multi-phased developments. Interested organisations may bid for, and may be awarded a place on any number of Contractor Frameworks – there are no restrictions on the number of Contractor Frameworks a bidder may be appointed to.
