3-year licences, support and maintenance of the Invoice Management System (IMS) including an upgrade to move to Cloud. Documation Ltd have provided the Invoice Management System (IMS) for coming up to 5 years in January 2026. We have had no issues with the company and the support provided has been excellent. The project to implement the invoice system was a success, the system has transformed how Bradford process and manage invoices.
