The Supplier shall be required to deliver FRAEWs for Hardship Cases across England. Within this tender Homes England is looking to appoint two suppliers that will be apportioned Hardship Cases via a Taxi Rank Mechanism. These two suppliers will be the highest overall scoring submissions.
