Scope

Description

The objective for this framework is to appoint a new supplier to manage PfP's commercial properties. This framework will offer two levels of service: a Core Service Requirements, covering first point of contact, rent collection, and insurance management; and optional Additional Service Requirements, which include reviewing new and existing leases, negotiating rent reviews, and liaising with letting agents.
