It is therefore subject to review and not guaranteed.The Client reserve the right to conclude this procurement at any time throughout the duration of the procurement process.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Suppliers are to also note that Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council reserves the right to limit the number of lots awarded to any given bidder, regardless of the outcome of the evaluation. A bidder, will not be awarded more than one Lot. If bidders submit bids for both lots, bidders are required to state their preference for lot award in the event that the same bidder is top placed on both lots at the end of the tender evaluation process.
