The Client invites tenders to provide the service for Commissioning Management Specialist (CMS) for BHSCT Theatres Refurbishment The project is the refurbishment of 4nr Theatres (theatres 3,4,5 and 6), across a 2-phase Works programme, at Belfast City Hospital. The Service is for the provision of a Commissioning Management Specialist (CMS) for the Theatre Refurbishment works project, independent of an appointed design team and Contractor. The Consultant shall • Develop the commissioning plan alongside the Client and Design Team • Facilitate the implementation of the commissioning process and monitor achievement of it by the contractor and design team. • Act as a specialist advisor to the Client on commissioning matters Full details are included within the Scope. The anticipated CMS contract period is approximately 3 years and 5 months plus defects period. The includes: 1. Completion of Stage 4 information including Commissioning Plan for tender release 6 weeks 2. Construction period (phased completion) - 34 months The estimated Contract (fee) value, excluding VAT, of the Contract is £85,000.
