West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) would like to invite interested suppliers to take part in this Pre-Market Engagement activity to support the development of the project described below. The main aims of engagement include gaining market insights, understanding best market practices and shaping the final Statement of Requirements.

Due to the CA working at pace delivering projects on a variety of themes, through multiple methods and with diverse audiences – we require a dynamic framework of suppliers capable of undertaking public consultation, engagement, social and market research services to help us effectively deliver our priorities.

Complementary Information

An engagement session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 26th Feb 2025 at 2pm. Attending will be members of the CA’s Consultation and Engagement team and members of the CA’s Commercial Team.

The session will give an overview of the requirements, procurement process and allow prospective bidders to ask questions.
