British Council works across a range of areas delivering large scale contracts, partnership programmes, examinations, projects as well as services in Arts, Education and Society and English and Exams. Having an online payments facility would improve our customer satisfaction as they will be able to make payments for Teaching and Exams services with greater ease. The purpose and scope of this ITT and supporting documents is to explain in further detail the requirements of the British Council and the procurement process for submitting a tender proposal. This invitation to tender (ITT) seeks to obtain the most effective and efficient Payment service provider for the British Council Sub-Saharan Africa (British Council, SSA).
