three.1.4) Objective rules and criteria for participation
List and brief description of rules and criteria
Tenderers must meet criteria with regard to relevant experience, insurance levels, financial standing and quality systems. Full details of the criteria are included in the tender documents.
LOT 3 only - the tenderer will require to be a full member of the Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance (SIAA). Organisations must currently have SIAA Membership or will evidence that they will obtain this prior to commencement of the contract.

The successful bidder will require to enter into an information sharing agreement with East Lothian Council.
Staff performing the services will require to have the relevant disclosure checks with the PVG scheme.
