Nottinghamshire County Council undertook a further competition under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Housing for People with Care and Support Needs (Ref:DN50251) to meet a requirement for shared Supported Living accommodation in Clipstone Village, Mansfield comprising five tenancies.

The first tenancies in this accommodation are required to start before the 30th March 2022.

Tenancies will be for 10 years with potential to extend for up to a further 15 years.

Five tenancies in a shared unit of accommodation in Clipstone Village, Mansfield.The tenancies are required for five younger adults (16-65+) with their primary care and support needs related to Learning and Physical disability.

The first tenancies in this accommodation are required to start before the 30th March 2022.

Tenancies will be for 10 years with potential to extend for up to a further 15 years.

The Council is entering into a nomination and void’s agreement with a Housing Provider in respect of this accommodation.
